iMonkeys' PartnerPortal facilitates a project-environment during design- & development
of current internetprojects. Here, you can follow advancements of current projects,
collaborate on them, discuss about and schedule tasks and give and read the latest
instructions & remarks.
In the Calendar that comes with your specific projectsenvironment, you can see upcoming events,
deadlines and targeted dates for evaluation.
In the Taskmanager you will find individual tasks and milestones with attached chronologic discussions
and files that belong to your project. You can see who's responsible for what, when it's planned to be
finished and what it's current status is, together with a Comment-functionality that allows you to give
additional instructions and specifications to the person responsible.
Via the Messaging-system, participants will be automatically informed about status-updates,
new comments etc. It is also possible to contact specific participants within the cadre of the project about
subjects that aren't suitable for the specific task or project. With the Filemanager you will be able
to upload and download image- and tekstfiles, reports, design-files and site-architectures that belong to
the project. Finally the TimeManager allows you to record the time you've been working on specific parts
of the project, keep an eye on your budget or checkout receipt-details.
